Dr. Park grew up in Anaheim, CA and moved to Washington State in July 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in animal physiology and neuroscience from the University of California at San Diego and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts. She attended her clinical year at Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she found special interests in cardiology, ophthalmology, and primary and preventive care. Before vet school, her experiences as a veterinary assistant in general practice, emergency medicine, and specialty practices of internal medicine and oncology encouraged her to follow her passion to pursue and complete a veterinary doctorate degree. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, hiking, snowboarding, horseback riding and SCUBA diving. She has a 5-year-old orange tabby cat named Henrietta (Henri), a 3-year-old torti-calico cat named Sassafras (Sassy), and a Chihuahua named Geordi LaForge.
