Dr. Stacey George

Dr. George is originally from a small town in eastern South Dakota. For as long as she can remember, she has had an intense desire to care for animals, whether it was rescuing baby birds or reading storybooks to the family dogs. After earning her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of South Dakota, Dr. George moved to Fort Collins to pursue her career in veterinary medicine. She graduated with her degree in veterinary medicine from Colorado State University in 2015 and started her career with Banfield shortly after graduation. Dr. George married her wonderful husband, JP, in the fall of 2016, but her main man is her dog/best friend/stuffing destroyer Madmartigan (aka Marty). In her free time, Dr. George enjoys trail running, hanging out at the dog park, touring local microbreweries, and formulating the occasional homebrew with her husband.
