Dr. Hsieh graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2015 and is currently pursuing a master's degree online through their School of Public Health. Prior to this, she attended the University of California, Davis where she received a bachelor's degree in animal science. Her veterinary interests include nutrition, behavior, and preventive care. Her interest in public health is focused on food safety and zoonotic diseases. Dr. Hsieh has recently become the proud pet parent to a 50lb sulcata tortoise who eats her out of house and home. In her spare time, Dr. Hsieh enjoys reading, playing video games and board games, cooking, baking, and outdoor activities.
