Dr. Grodin is originally from Boca Raton, FL where he worked previously as a veterinary technician on school breaks while attending college at the University of Florida. He then attended The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine until graduating with his DVM in 2015. Dr. Grodin then moved back to the sunshine state with his wife and pets, and settled down in Pensacola. He immediately joined the Banfield Pensacola family and has loved it ever since. He has a passion for small animal preventive care, surgery, and internal medicine, with a special interest in exotic pet medicine. His favorite part of being a veterinarian is educating pet owners about the importance of preventive veterinary care and its impact on pets having longer, healthier, and therefore happier lives. Dr. Grodin loves traveling, foreign languages, and spending time with his wife, dogs (Paco and Kona), and guinea pig (Evee).
