    Banfield Pet Hospital is located in Northeast Jacksonville, Florida inside Petsmart in the popular River City Marketplace. We are a full service veterinary hospital and have skilled veterinarians to provide you and your pet with the best care possible. We are open seven days a week and look forward to working with you.
     
    We are always accepting new pet patients and same day access appointments may be available. When you visit, ask our friendly staff about the Optimum Wellness Plan® options available to your pet.

    Dr. Caldwell is originally from North Georgia and moved to Florida in 2015. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She has been with Banfield since 2015 and is currently the Chief of Staff. She believes in high quality medicine and the well being of clients and their pets.     Dr. Hawk was born in Atlanta, GA but grew up in Destin, FL. She graduated from University of Georgia in 2006 and has been with Banfield since September 2009. Dr. Hawk has consistently had a long list of loyal clients and patients who truly enjoy her extra care and warm personality. She lives in Fernandina Beach with her husband, Dave, two boys, Gabe and Avery, and two cats, Simone and Noah.     Veterinarian

    Dr. Breau, born and raised in New Brunswick, Canada, traded snow for sun and moved to Jacksonville in 2017 to start her career after graduating. She started off by completing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Price Edward Island and then finished her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree at the Atlantic Veterinary College in 2017. Passionate about health and wellness, Dr. Breau chose Banfield to advocate for pets and help keep them happy and healthy life long. She currently lives in Jacksonville with her dogs, Roxy and Tyson, and her cats, Bucky and Anakin. She enjoys exploring the area with her dogs and reading in her spare time. More Details >>

    Chelsea, born and raised in Indiana, moved to Jacksonville in 2012. She has 3 dogs named Monaco, Flint and Georgia, and she loves to spend time with her husband, play fetch with her dogs and play piano in her spare time. She has been with Banfield since 2014 and really enjoys her time at work. She started as a client service coordinator, moved up to veterinary assistant, then shift lead and now manages this location as practice manager.     Sherri says her cat, Pooh Bear Baggins (pictured), is what got her started in the veterinary field back in 2001. She started working at a private animal hospital in her home town of Morrow, GA and joined Banfield in 2009 after working 8 years in private practice. She moved to Jacksonville in 2014 and was glad that it was an easy transition to a new Banfield location. Sherri enjoys exploring new places, sleeping and planning for an early retirement. She lives at home with her husband, their black kitty named Olive and Boston terrier puppy named Denny.
