    Dr. Erica Pounds has been with Banfield Pet Hospital since 2011 and has had the amazing privilege of being Chief of Staff at Clarksville since 2017. She completed her undergraduate studies at Mississippi State University and then went on graduate from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Dr. Pounds is passionate about preventive medicine and enjoys internal medicine and dermatology cases as well.     Dr. Lisa Thorne is a 2012 graduate of Auburn University, War Eagle! She has been with us for a year but has worked for Banfield in both Texas and Kansas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and year old son, and her favorite hobbies include intramural softball, volleyball, and country swing dancing with her husband.     Dr. Paul Evans graduated from Auburn College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003 and lives in Kentucky with his wife and 3 children. He practiced medicine and surgery for 12 years prior to moving to Africa to do veterinary development work with Christian Veterinary Mission and now has come back to the states to join with Banfield.
