Andrea Sinnott

Andrea is a collaborative and purpose-driven leader who brings 17 years of experience with Mars Veterinary Health – including 10 at Banfield where she was last Vice President of Operational Finance – to her role. As Chief Financial Officer for Banfield – the leading provider of preventive veterinary care in the country – she ensures we responsibly deliver value for clients and sustainable growth for Associates. After building her career here, Andrea has deep historical perspective and industry insights to help the practice operate with resiliency during rapidly changing times. She oversees the stewardship of our resources in alignment with our values of equity and wellbeing, and prioritizes shared partnership, empowerment, and transparent communication.
