Dr. Christina Hergenreter is an Orange County local, born and raised. She received her B.S. degree in biology with an emphasis in zoology, and a minor in chemistry from California State University, Long Beach. She then attended Ross University where she received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. In 2010, she completed her clinical year at Texas A&M University Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. She has worked in veterinary hospitals since 2000 and prior to her employment with Banfield in 2011, she worked primarily in private practices. Dr. Hergenreter treats all of her patients like there are her own! She has special interests in internal medicine, dermatology, emergency, and critical care. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and daughter, as well as her pets Blake, a golden retriever mix, and Irie, a Caribbean DSH.
