Great for busy pet owners, these appointments let you go about your day while your pet receives care. You’ll bring your furry pal to Banfield in the morning for an extended visit, and we’ll call you when they’re ready to be picked up.

If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and schedule a virtual visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.

Tips for getting the most out of your vet visit
Tip #1: Make drop-off appointments a breeze
Before your pet’s drop-off appointment, check with your location's Client Service Coordinator to see if pre-visit paperwork is needed. If so, download the form and bring the completed paperwork to your appointment.
On the day of the appointment, please keep your phone handy. We’ll contact you to authorize any treatment and call to let you know when your pet is ready to be picked up.

Tip #2: Set up easy payment through MyBanfield
MyBanfield is our online platform that stores your pet’s medical records, appointment info, prescriptions, and more. It can also store payment info to make checkouts faster.

Tip #3: Bring a fecal sample
Fecal samples let us check your pet for over 100 types of parasites! Bringing us some of your pet’s fresh poop to check at their next comprehensive exam or vaccination appointment could help give you peace of mind.
